Here are some photos from our run on Deliverance on 11/11/11 at the Parker Desert Splash, with the Parker Four Wheelers. Here's a bit of the story of our fun and challenging run as well! Deliverance is a category 4 run going through narrow canyons and up a series of waterfalls in the mountains near Desert Bar in Parker, AZ. We headed out with Glenn, Joe, Rocky, and a group of 24 rigs at the start, with only 11 ending up completing the run! Along the way we experienced several rock-enduced mechanical failures, including rear drive shaft U-joint (repaired quickly and expertly by Bill and Skip on the trail), 2 sidewall punctures and a broken rear leaf spring. Despite these setbacks, fun was had by all and we were able to complete the run and drive home under our own power, an accomplishment Bill is very proud of!
